Rose Paving Tampa Recent Project at Golf Course

These recent projects highlight the Rose Paving Tampa office’s commitment to quality paving in South Florida

Through rainy summers and dry, arid winters, the Rose Paving Tampa team works around the clock to provide clients throughout south Florida with the superior service we’re known for across the country. Our thoughtful account executives and project managers work closely with our dedicated crew to provide solutions to any paving challenge. Take a look at some of our recent projects to see how we paved life into these Florida parking lots.

Reviving a Riverside Parking Lot

The property manager of a medium rise condo in Palmetto, FL approached us with a big job: the building’s rear parking lot was in bad shape, especially in contrast to its upscale interiors. Once we agreed on a scope of work, our crews set out to resurface over 20,000 square feet of pavement over the course of two days. The entire lot had a concrete gutter running through it, but we maneuvered our paving equipment around it and got the job done seamlessly. A complete restripe of all their lots and installation of wheel stops was the final touch. The customer was incredibly satisfied with our progress and enjoyed spending time with the crew to learn about the asphalt overlay process. We loved sharing what we knew with another satisfied customer.

Navigating Multiple Timelines

A new parking lot can do wonders for bringing people in the door. A Palm Harbor church was experiencing a downturn in attendance and called on us to refresh their 10-acre campus and make some major repairs they had been putting off. They launched a capital expenditure campaign to raise money for parking lot improvements, and we worked closely with them to design an effective solution that fit their budget. Our crews performed an asphalt overlay of their main parking area, made repairs to concrete surrounding the parsonage and even created a new parking area by the onsite preschool, so parents could drop their children off more conveniently. We worked around their end-of-year timeline, Vacation Bible School sessions, service times and Tampa rain to finish the project smoothly.

Paving with Guests in Mind

A residential and recreational community called us in to design a new parking pad and perform repairs throughout their site. Our engineers and build specialists paid a visit to learn more about the community’s unique needs, and design a comprehensive paving plan that would best serve them. We paved two new areas, striped the entire property and conducted intensive asphalt repair with the guests’ convenience in mind, marking off work zones and redirecting traffic when needed. Thanks to our crew’s diligence, we wrapped up the job a week ahead of schedule, leaving behind a brand new parking lot and countless square feet of shiny, good-as-new pavement.
