Rhett has nearly 20 years’ experience in the Accounting and Finance roles with 12 years in leadership roles as a Controller. Prior to joining Rose Paving in 2020, he worked for across multiple industries serving as Financial Controller for Tata International, Ventec International Group, Waste Resource Management and MBI. During his time at Rose Paving as Controller, Rhett oversees the Corporate Finance and Accounting team and functions. Rhett earned his BBA in Accounting from Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington, Illinois. In his spare time, he enjoys being with his wife (Bailey) and their five children (Greyson, Sienna, Beckett, Saylor and Holden), traveling, playing and watching sports along with coaching his children in youth baseball and football. Born and raised in Illinois, Rhett and his family reside in the Chicago Suburbs.
