Jaron Srain, serving as the President of Rose Paving LLC, brings over 17 years of multifaceted expertise and strategic leadership to our organization. Starting his journey with Rose Paving as an intern in 2007, Jaron has advanced through Rose Paving through various positions across Operations, Business Development, Sales Management, and Senior Leadership. An alumnus of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Jaron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and is presently advancing his academic pursuits with a second master's degree. Beyond his professional endeavors, he is a member of a Chief Executive peer group facilitated by Vistage. Furthermore, Jaron serves as an Executive Community Member for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in Illinois, underscoring his commitment to philanthropy and community betterment. Outside of work, Jaron's priority is his family. Alongside his wife, he enjoys raising and spending time with his two children, Joiee and Jace. Jaron also enjoys playing golf, fishing, fitness, traveling, and is committed to continuous personal and professional growth.
