Although we encountered a few situations, Mark and his crew worked diligently and made all accommodations to remedy these situations that occurred during the planned schedule. Furthermore, we would also like to give a special thanks to the Rose Paving crew for their quick response in helping rescue an 85-year-old man that fell off one of the resident’s boat. Rose’s crew along with the paramedics that were called by our residents did a great job in helping this gentleman. You have an excellent team and we appreciate Mark and the crew for superior customer service and hard work.

It was a pleasure to work with Rose Paving from my initial conversation with Leslie all the way to the completion of the punch list. The quality of the work that was completed was done at a high-level and if something for some reason was not up to par it was corrected in a timely manner. Even with all the rain that we had, Rose Paving scheduled every available time possible to get the job completed in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with being able to stay with the budget and also the quality of work that was done to be on target with the budget.

Prior to the start of our business relationship I had attempted to work with a few other companies, and I was never satisfied with the product, or the interactions I had with the employees.
It is very easy to schedule the work, and I can always depend on your employees being on site when they are supposed to be. The work that they do is never time consuming, but is very swift so our residents are not inconvenienced for too long.
From an accounting aspect I can also say that I am very pleased with the billing process and the very fair prices for all of the services rendered. I receive the billing statements on time without fail, and I never have to call because of an invoice that does not match an agreement.

Thank you . The Cove on the Bay in South Tampa recently had our parking lot overlay completed of 900 plus spaces. The large project was scheduled over the month of April in sections. The crews were dedicated arriving early and staying late to get the project completed on time. The project required sections of the parking area to be closed off. Rose was intuitive in knowing to get the residents back into their areas as soon as possible. The crews work efficiently in the morning hours to restripe the overlaid areas in order to open the spaces up for the residents in a timely manner.
The project was exciting to watch unfold. As the sections were completed a notable improvement was apparent to our curb appeal. When completed the project gave the property the biggest facelift, covering all the holes and ruts that had been patched over time.
The residents commented on how professionally the job was run and admired the completed project as well as the stellar smooth ride in entering the community. Resident’s happiness equates to an ease of management for the property staff and is always a goal to achieve. When a vendor is in line with the same goal everyone wins.
The Rose team was very communitive with the Cove staff during the whole process making it a team effort. The staff was able to communicate the schedule set forth by Rose Paving to the residents to assist in a smooth and successful project. Larry Meinster even assisted the maintenance supervisor directing traffic in and out of the back gate after hours into the evening hours or 9 o’clock. He helped the project stay on schedule when most vendors would be long gone. Thanks again to the Rose team on a successful project and job well done.
We contracted Rose Paving for asphalt repair and re-sealing at our waterfront property just recently. We were exceptionally pleased with the result.
