Just FYI.  You are the second highest bidder price wise out of four.  Your quote matched my RFQ perfectly.  You came out and talked thru the quote so I know for certain you know what we want accomplished.  One bidder was lower by a few hundred dollars but he never came out to view the project.  The low bidder was so low that I don’t know why they are in business. Something is wrong with that bid.  I have always been disappointed with results from very low bidders.

I told the board that your work crew is the most dedicated and inventive of the others I have dealt with.  With all the unusual curves and slopes, your guys will know exactly what to do.  The problem with concrete work is that if it is not done well, we have to look at the mistakes for years to come.

John Sands/Rose Paving was an excellent referral to our company. He worked very diligently and efficiently with the City of Palm Coast to obtain a permit for the sealcoating/striping work and also ADA upgrades to the parking lot. He personally met with all of our anchor and retail shopping center tenants to notify them of the upcoming project and was on site during the initial phase of the project and during our punch list inspection. HIs team handled all items in a professional manner and I received nothing but compliments about John and his team.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Rose Paving to anyone needing asphalt work of any kind.

We rely on Rose Paving at a number of our Stream-managed shopping centers in the greater Atlanta market. When partnering with Rose Paving, I am assured of a high service level with quick responses before, during and after an asphalt/paving job. Work is done in a quality manner, and I can always count on job teams being professional and courteous when interacting with our tenants and customers. Rose is also great with generating and modifying phasing plans for large jobs that I can quickly share with interested parties. Jobs are completed on-time with correct invoices sent soon after.
