Chris Tanner, Chief Operating Officer, graduated with honors from Culver-Stockton College in 1995 with a B.S. in Business. Prior to joining Rose Paving, he served as a branch manager for Capitol Group Incorporated located in Decatur, Illinois. In 1997, Chris accepted a position with Rose Paving as a site engineer serving clients in the local market. Since then he has worked in both the National & Regional Divisions, overseeing sales and operations. In 2009, Chris was promoted to his current position as VP of the Regional Strategic Business Unit (SBU), managing sales, operations, and marketing. Also in 2009, he was offered and accepted partnership in the company. In his spare time, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and their 3 children. His hobbies include investing, sports, traveling, playing golf,and attending his kids’ activities.
