Health & Wellness Update
As we (hopefully) enter a change in seasons here in the Midwest, how are you doing with your health and wellness this year? Did you make a health and wellness-related resolution WAY back in January? And, did you keep it?
Here at Rose Paving, we try and incorporate health and wellness into many daily activities. Our wellness committee posts helpful information in our break room to educate about cold and flu symptoms, our insurance carrier has online resources on various topics, and we bring in fresh fruit, yogurt, granola and other yummy healthy snacks the 3rd Friday of each month.
