Your complete satisfaction is our goal. From initial quote through post-job inspection and beyond, we are available year-round to review work performed, answer questions, and verify your satisfaction in accordance with our 20-point Quality Assurance & Safety Program.
The 20-point Quality Assurance & Safety Program functions on multiple levels to ensure comprehensive quality and communication between all parties involved in the process. We begin every project by reviewing an extensive checklist containing detailed procedures for completion at each stage. Procedures are assigned to project managers, account engineers, team members, and support staff throughout the five essential stages of a project: initial (work order is received), planning & scheduling, pre-job (48 hours prior), day of job, and post-job. As tasks are completed, items are tagged "completed" and, as necessary, supporting comments are added.
