To make things easier for our client, we divided the project into 8 phases so that we could complete one without suspending their operations. Our single point of contact coordinated with both the client and the tenant to execute the necessary maintenance on both their timelines, and our crews followed best practices for paving industrial buildings to extend the life of their lot by working quickly, strategically and safely.
