Our Facilities
Over the years, Rose Paving Company has evolved from a small shop to a national organization consisting of over 100 employees. To accommodate our tremendous growth, we have twice re-located our corporate headquarters and we have opened multiple branch offices.
In the early days, Rose Paving occupied an office in a strip mall. The space accommodated 5 full-time employees and consisted of 3 offices. During the first 15 years of business, Rose Paving experienced a large growth period; as a result, in 1990, the company sought new space to accommodate an increasing number of employees.
In 1990 the business moved to South Holland, IL. This facility boasted 10 offices and a small meeting area. However, the new location allowed for minimal vehicle and equipment storage. Once again, by 2000, Rose Paving Company had reached its maximum capacity and had to look for a new space.
In 2000 Rose Paving moved its corporate headquarters to Bridgeview, IL. The newly constructed, 2.8-million-dollar facility is designed to hold 100 employees and occupies over 2 acres of land. It offers 12,500 sq. ft. of office space for employees, including a 50-person conference room. Additionally, the facility has a 3,200 sq. ft. garage which services a fleet of vehicles used by Rose Paving staff and team members. Over 70,000 sq. ft. of yard space is dedicated to fueling stations and storing maintenance vehicles and equipment.
In 2008, Rose Paving opened two branch offices, one to serve the Midwest Region in Huntley, Illinois, and one to serve the West Region in Denver, Colorado.
In 2009, Rose Paving announced the grand opening of its third branch office in Atlanta, Georgia. This facility will service the Southeast Region.
In 2010, Rose Paving expanded yet again opening its fourth branch office in Los Angeles, California. This facility will service California and its bordering states.
