"Steamroll Hunger" Food Drive
Rose Paving and Chicago Fire Soccer team up during a month-long food drive (August-September) to collect and contribute non-perishable food items to the Greater Chicago Food Depository in an effort to "steamroll hunger" in the community.

Ronald McDonald House "Food for Folks" / "Meals From the Heart"
Rose Paving employees volunteer every few months to prepare a home-cooked meal for families of seriously ill children receiving treatment at nearby hospitals.

Run for Reading 5K Run/Walk
Rose Paving sponsors and employees participate in this 5K, proceeds of which benefit the Jeanine Nicarico Memorial Fund for Literacy.

Reach for the Stars 5K Run/Walk
Rose Paving sponsors and employees participate in this 5K, proceeds of which benefit the Hanson Center in Burr Ridge, IL.

Hurricane Katrina Relief Effort
Rose Paving organized a non-perishable food drive in 2005 to aid Hurricane Katrina Relief Efforts across the state of Illinois. Collections were trucked to Louisiana.

The Cancer Support Center
Rose Paving has sponsored and participated in the Cancer Support Center Walk of Hope event, in Homewood, IL since 2007. Proceeds of which are used to provide free treatment services and support to 70 Chicago Southland communities. In 2011, Rose Paving has also sponsored several other events, including the anniversary golf & tennis outing, Halloween and Holiday events. These sponsorships and events help fund comprehensive resources that help people improve their quality of life during the cancer experience.

Local Police Departments
Rose Paving has donated funds to the nearby Olympia Fields and Burr Ridge Police Departments. Proceeds of which are used to purchase new dashboard cameras for police squad vehicles, taser devices, and vehicle striping.

One Warm Coat
Rose Paving has donated coats from employees, family, and friends to One Warm Coat. This is a national non-profit organization that assists in the donation of coats. One Warm Coat helps individuals, groups, companies, and organizations across the country collect coats and deliver them to local agencies that distribute them, at no cost, to people in need. Close to 3 million coats have been collected and distributed through One Warm Coat activities since 1992.

University of Chicago Airway Biology Research Group
Rose Paving has donated funds to this group at U of C, a federally funded center for structured multidisciplinary collaboration of MD, and PhD investigators who are appointed in the Departments of Medicine and Pediatrics, and whose central interest is in the cellular pathophysiology of asthma and the maturational development of airway cells and tissues. Every cent the group raises and receives is put towards studying various therapies and treatments for asthma.

Feed My Starving Children
Rose Paving has volunteered time to package food for Feed My Starving Children - which is a non-profit Christian organization committed to feeding God’s children hungry in body and spirit. The approach is simple: children and adults hand-pack meals specifically formulated for malnourished children, and the meals are shipped to nearly 70 countries around the world.
Make-A-Wish Foundation of Colorado
Rose Paving Company staff in our Denver-area branch office participated in the Make-A-Wish Colorado Young Professionals 8th Annual Kickball Tournament at Dick's Sporting Goods Park. All proceeds from the tournament benefits Make-A-Wish Colorado, which grants wishes to children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy.
Joshua Station Transformational Housing
Rose Paving Company staff in our Denver-area branch office participated in preparing meals for this transformational housing program, designed to help families move from unstable housing situations to permanent housing and self-sufficiency. Families will participate in a life-building program through phases that help individuals develop and reach their goals.
Share Your Soles
Rose Paving has donated gently used shoes from employees, family, and friends to Share Your Soles each year.
