Asphalt Maintenance Foreman - Atlanta
The Foreman will directly supervise and coordinate the activities of all workers engaged in asphalt, seal coating, crack sealing and lot marking repairs and will evaluate their performance. The Foreman will perform tasks involving physical labor at parking lots by operating one or several types of maintenance equipment, such as skid steers, vibratory drum rollers, as well as, catch basin repairs, bollard installation or any maintenance project assigned to the Team.
Striping Laborers - Atlanta / Norcross
We are looking for experienced striping laborers for our Atlanta branch location. Perform tasks involving physical labor by measuring, remarking and laying out parking lot bays, characters, numbers and stencils using a mechanical striping machine. The laborer will inspect and maintain all striping equipment and supplies including vehicle tires, lights, brakes, gas and oil and complete minor repairs on the striping equipment at the direction of the Team Lead.
Seal Coat Laborer – Atlanta/Norcross
The Seal Coat Laborer coordinates the activities of all labor performance daily. The Seal Coat Laborer will perform tasks involving physical labor at parking lots by operating one or several types of maintenance equipment. This position requires routine repair and maintenance of equipment in addition to other duties.
General Laborer - California
The General Laborer will perform tasks involving physical labor on parking lots. General Laborers will carry out maintenance work by removing existing deteriorated asphalt, removing vegetation, dirt, sediment and debris, perform catch basin repairs, bollard installation, as well as any maintenance project assigned by the Foreman or Team Lead.
Asphalt Laborer - California
The Asphalt Laborer will perform tasks involving physical labor on parking lots. Asphalt Laborers will carry out maintenance work by removing existing deteriorated asphalt by saw cutting the designated patch and replacing it with new Hot Mix Asphalt and finishing by the means of shoveling, spreading, to grade in order to achieve a smooth finish. In addition, the Asphalt Laborer will perform catch basin repairs, bollard installation, as well as any maintenance project assigned by the Foreman or Team Lead.
Striping Laborers - California
Perform tasks involving physical labor by measuring, remarking and laying out parking lot bays, characters, numbers and stencils using a mechanical striping machine.
