Alan Rose

Alan Rose, CEO & Founder, has been paving, sealcoating, studying, and teaching for more than 37 years. He is a regular speaker at the annual National Pavement Expo, serves on the advisory board of Pavement magazine, and produces the Facilities Maintenance Conference to educate property/facility professionals on the latest industry trends and developments, especially concerning proactive pavement maintenance. Alan takes pride in refining the training/educational department at Rose Paving, and expanding the business through additional branch locations.
He is also devoted to many philanthropic efforts, some of which include cancer and asthmatic research. When he is not busy educating or growing the business, Alan enjoys networking, attending social events, and spending time with friends and family.
Edward Campbell
Edward Campbell, President & Co-Owner, has over 18 years of experience in sales, business development, and management. Prior to joining Rose Paving, Campbell held various positions for The Edward Hines Lumber Co. including, ultimately, the role of regional manager. Currently, he is responsible for setting the overall direction for Rose Paving as well as assisting in sales, marketing, and operational initiatives. In 2009, he was offered and accepted partnership in the company.
Among his accomplishments, Ed served on the SPECS (Store Planning Equipment & Construction Services) advisory board. He is very involved in philanthropy and actively fundraises for Multiple Sclerosis at Rush University Medical Center. Ed also sits on the Rush University leadership advisory board.
Richard King

Richard King, Co-founder of City Capital Advisors, has over 20 years of experience advising owners of private and publicly held companies in investment banking activities ranging from mergers and acquisitions, leveraged recapitalizations, public stock offerings, and private equity and debt capital formation.
In addition to advising numerous private equity fund clients, Dick has also advised companies including CDW Corporation, Stericycle, Golf Galaxy, and Potbelly Sandwich Works.
Steven Fraser
Steven Fraser, former Chairman and CEO of Wilton Products, Inc., has over 30 years of experience and a proven track record in growing revenue and EBITDA, driving operational excellence, and developing exceptional teams.
Prior to serving Wilton Products, Inc., he held various positions for Regal Ware Inc. that involved, among other things, managing P&L and serving on the Executive Committee. He also worked for Stevens Hepner Co. Ltd. and Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co.
Michael George
Michael D. George, President of both Mid-America Real Estate Corporation and Mid-America Asset Management, Inc., co-founded Mid-America in 1984 and developed the Chicago-based firm into a prominent retail real estate brokerage company. Mr. George has personally directed the firm's growth in brokerage, as well as its diversification into investment sales, asset management, and municipal services.
Some of the clients that Mr. George has worked with throughout his career include Goldman Sachs & Company, RREEF, Kimco Realty, Jones Lang LaSalle, Inland Real Estate Acquisitions, and Simon Property Group.
