Rose Paving Becomes Distributor and Applicator of RePLAY® Agricultural Oil Seal & Preservation Agent

Rose Paving signed an agreement with BioSpan Technologies, Inc. to serve as distributor and applicator for RePLAY® Agricultural Oil Seal & Preservation Agent, a sustainable alternative to seal coat. This partnership will enable Rose Paving to leverage Washington, MO-based BioSpan’s revolutionary technology and expand its business in markets seeking sustainable paving solutions.

The availability of this product is perfect timing for property owners and facility managers looking to align with the green building movement. This revolutionary product is 88% bio-based and contains no petroleum, making it a uniquely sustainable alternative designed specifically to maintain and preserve asphalt pavements. Some benefits of the product include: curing time of 30 minutes or less, no tracking, cost effective, reduces moisture penetration, and it is carbon negative.
